Niclas Fasth has six European Tour career wins. He joined the PGA European Tour in 1994. In 2001, he finished second to David Duval at the British Open at Royal Lytham & St Annes. It was the first time Niclas had played in a major championship after five failed attempts to qualify for the Open. His strong performance at the Open earned him a spot on the European Ryder Cup team at The De Vere Belfry. His best finish on the PGA European Tour Order of Merit was 10th in 2001. Off the course, Niclas enjoys sports, cars, hunting and motorcycles. He and his wife Marie have a son named Adam and daughter named Amanda.
